Hi folks,

i m ready to send my ajustment of status application, but i m not sure if i have to send evidence (pictures, bills,....) that shows we are married and we are living together as well?

Please help.

The only evidence of being married that you should send is a copy of the Marriage Certificate.

Do not send any other proof, such as bills, mortgage papers, or insurance. You will bring those to the interview. At this stage, just send the forms & required evidence for each form.

I'd send copies of evidence actually, if you get sent to CSC without interview you'll have to wait for an RFE.

Yeah we did, at the interview we added a few documents to application as evidence because when we first applied we had only a few limited documents to include. Bank Statement and a Lease. We added a lot more at the interview.
