Not much info on my end after receiving NVC letter

Finally after 19 days I received the letter from the NVC.There is no information for me other than a link to the state dept website.I have searched there recently on which form to fill out for affidavit of support.I have conflicting info the first time I reviewed the site.It said at one point that the I-134 was not acceptable and to use the I-864.Now after reading the link from the NVC case number it is telling me to fill out the I-134.Anyone have or have already been through and completed this process with no problems..Thanks to all of you before for giving your help....Michael

For a K visa petition you would complete an I-134 affidavit of support.
