I'm going to be annoying in the next two days, we're supposed to send our first package on monday...

About G-325 form, my last big move in my life was in june 2004, new job and new residency.

The months before that were just a mess of unemployment and temporary residencies.

Do you think it's ok I start my history of the last 5 years at that date ?

Since June 2004, I've been living in the same place and been employed by the same company.

Which makes it much easier of course.

Last significant immigration event:

ROC: Approved : 04/17/2013

USCIS works in mysterious ways...

I'm not exactly sure I understand the question. Today is July 11, 2009. Five years ago was July 11, 2004. Even if you were to sign, date, and send the G-325A as early as today, why would address and employment before July 11, 2004 be relevant?

You should always answer questions as openly and honestly as you can and the information should be current at the time you complete the form(s). If this means listing the information you're not particularly fond of, then that is what you should do. There is no point in omitting this kind of information - it is what it is and has little/no effect on your case.

Oops, post mistake (actually MY mistake)

You START your history TODAY and go back five years. If you have lived at your current address MORE than five years, you do not list anything. List CURRENT address as "June, 2004-Present" Then STOP.
