for the automated message at NVC to change? Now it still tells me what my NVC number is so, once the Choice of AGent form has been generated and such, that message will change?

I have heard too that it's wise to call an actual operator to check this but I"ll wait until next week...

just wanted to know if the AVR changes to reflect changes in a case...

Thanks..

Yes, it does  . If not the same day, the next day. The message changes as soon as they update the system, which is usually almost the same day.
