I'm not sure where to post this, but since this is really for K1 applicants like myself and everyone posting on this K1 Forum. If this is in the wrong forum, please move it for me! Thanks!!! It would be nice if we can meet up in person for some hands on help.

As I am filling out the paperwork, I know for sure that I read it over and over and over to make sure it's right. But with someone who has done this before to look over your papers, it would be a lot less stressfull gathering paperwork and submitting forms.

So my question is.. Is there anyone in the Austin TX area who has filed their I-129F packet, and already received either NOA1 or NOA2, who would like to help me out and others out if there is anyone needing it???

Up in North Austin, Parmer Lane. But I'm at work everyday but sunday on Burnet Rd. Austin's Wok"N"Roll. bee cave isn't too far. I normally take that direction on my bike when I need a quick cruise..hehe..

Notified Case will be transfered: 2009-9-10

October Case transfered from New Delhi to Mumbai 2009-10-23 | Packet 3 received FROM MUMBAI: 2009-10-31

November Packet 3 Returned to Mumbai: 2009-11-03 | Packet 4/Interview Letter Received by EMAIL: 2009-11-23 | Documents Submitted: 2009-11-30

December Interview: 2009-12-09 (Result: 221g - Get joint sponsor)

2010

June Biometrics Appointment: 2010-06-02 | RFE: 2010-06-02 Request for copy of foreign BC;

Evidence Rec. by USCIS- 2010-06-07 | Denied*- 2010-06-08 :(*Due ultimately to USCIS error/claims foreign BC is translation
