bleh a full day of yard work. got it mowed, weedeated, and killed off a bumblebee nest too. even burned the brush pile today.

I used to LOVE the smell of burning leaves!!! Unfortunately I think it's illegal to burn leaves/brush here now.

Ran into an old friend while going to the restroom in walmart near the Mtn before the Firework show. We ended up chatting til 11pm last night outside and then had to be up at 5am for work at 6 today on my day off.

Adam just told me that his assist mgr told him that his transfer request is approved, I think he just has to go into personel in his store in the morning to see the details and accept it. (we are assuming its full time so he can keep his benefits) My transfer request is still being worked on, but should go thru soon and I think we will work at the same store in Texas. Im getting sad to leave Georgia and I hope we are doing the best thing for our lives being closer to family. It has been pretty peaceful these 7 yrs away from everyone but now that neices and nephews are being born I keep thinking about wanting to spend time with them and maybe even soon start a family for ourselves too.
