07/01/09 - I-485 and I-765 mailed

07/06/09 - USCIS received (date on NOA1)

07/13/09 - NOA1 received for both I-485 and I-765 !

08/08/09 - Biometric appointment

08/25/09 - AOS interview letter notice date

09/24/09 - AOS interview

10/03/09 - Received GC !!

why I have no interview letter yet? :(

I think once you're transferred to CSC you won't get an interview just a message that you card will be in the mail.

Keep you're fingers crossed for good news soon. :thumbs:

12/30/05 - married

7/14/06 - sent I-130

7/18/06 - notice of arrival I-130

8/03/09 - received approval I-130

7/28/09 - sent AOS package

7/29/09 - arrived Chicago lockbox

8/05/09 - touched

8/07/09 - received notice of arrival I-485

8/07/09 - received Biometrics appoitment notice for 9/2/09

8/22/09 - did walk-in biometrics (in/out within 30 minutes)

8/25/09 - touched

10/23/09 - received interview appoitment letter for 11/24/09

11/24/09 - Interview - approved received I-551 stamp

11/25/09 - received email from USCIS - card production ordered

I think they're just getting to May filers now. Maybe some June too? :(

Finally received my EAD card at the mail today so happy. Now, I just have to wait for my Nursing license and i can finally start applying for jobs. YEY! i know my GC will take a while but it doesnt matter anymore. As long as I can work and as long as im with my hubby now it'll make me content and happy. But my estimate timeline for GC is November so I hope that will happen.:)

Omg I posted so late last night...lol...I was at the movies, and I was set up for text updates...well I got a text saying my case is updated...and I turn to my husband and go 's*** I bet u we just got an RFE! For not doing the 693' I go into my email and voilà! Two approvals for me and my son!

So I guess it is possible! I got approved in 10 weeks, with no I693!!! So for those who got CSC trans and have no 693, it is possible!!!
