Hi everyone. Thanks for the spreadsheet! Just added myself there.

AOS Timeline

July 11, 2009 - Sent packets through USPS

July 13, 2009 - USCIS received packets

July 16, 2009 - NOAs (I-130, I-485, I-765) dated

July 18, 2009 - Received NOAs in the mail

July 24, 2009 - Received Biometrics schedule for August 18, 2009

July 25, 2009 - Did a walk-in for my biometrics. Done! Case status for I-130, I-765 show online

Aug 08, 2009 - Received Interview appointment letter in the mail, for Sept 08. Thank you Lord and Mother Mary!

Sept 04, 2009 - EAD card production ordered

Sept 08, 2009 - Interview!!! *approved pending new I-693: The civil surgeon left blank certain parts of my medical!

Had to go back to him and had him fill out a new I-693 form*

Sept 09, 2009 - Received email - card production ordered, yay!

Sept 10, 2009 - Received EAD card

Sept 17, 2009 - Received Greencard. Woohoo!!!

TRACKING FOR I-485 JUST APPEARED, TRANSFERRED TO CSC TODAY, NO INTERVIEW! SCORE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :dance::dance::dance::dance:

Wait just a min. Does that 100% mean that you have no interview if it's transferred???

Got my official transfer letter in the mail today. Am I the only one transferred so far from July? I dunno if I should feel special or nervous lol.

Hey Karri, since we're doing Bio 2 days after you would you mind posting a review/synopsis so we know what to expect, where to go etc? Thanks!

No problem. I'll even throw in the part about me being nervous finding the place!

Karri, I have yet to find a case on VJ that was transferred to the CSC AND had an interview, and I've been looking for a while. So I'm assuming yes.

And thanks for keeping us Clevelanders posted!

06/24 package sent ( I130, I485, AP, EAD ) - delivered on 06/26

07/02 checks cashed

NOAs 07/01- received 07/06

Biometrics letter-dated 07/07, received 07/10

07/14 Touch on I130, I131, I765

Biometrics appointment 08/01

08/03 Touch on I765 & I485

08/13 EAD & AP approved

8/14 AP touched

8/17 Received Interview Appointment letter

8/21EAD & AP in the mail

9/22 Interview APPROVED!!!

9/24 Card production ordered e-mail

10/03 GC received !!!

Edit: Nevermind, I worked it out, colored by date. I actually put my NOA date in wrong, so I changed my color and date. :dancing:

I think it's just for easier separation according to the date. I'm sorry you had to be sucked in with me hxxrmonkey, I was the one who chose the obnoxious pink :blush:

I just registered on line for updates...but when I click 'email on'...nothing happens...I hope it worked.

I added myself to spreadsheet...but it won't let me use a uniform date as the others...sorry if I messed it up :( Any one more 'techy' than myself...feel free to fix it... sorry :whistle: lol

Congrats to the CSC transfers!!!! I'm going to check my mail tmrw, as it appears I should be seeing my bio appmnt letter :)

Here's to hoping we get a CSC transfer...toes crossed!!! :star: I'm also filing for my K2 son...I hope it doesn't delay or complicate it...

If we get 'touched' do I also get an email update for that? Or should I be checking my status on the site?

Any K-3ers out there? I'm just wondering if they are handled differently than adjustments from K-1 visas. I assume they'll need an interview if the USCIS won't have another look at them for ten years. They wanted to file to avoid having to repeat the medical and to avoid removal of conditions. They're hoping the process doesn't go too quickly!!

Update on transferring: After doing more research on VJ I did find a few people who were transferred to CSC then transferred back to the NSC, usually because their fingerprints didn't come out and they had to redo their biometrics, then after their bio appt. they were transferred back to the CSC with no interview. Just FYI.
