Hello Everyone

I'm a very desperate persone right now, please i need your help.

My name is Alice and i was looking for information about US fiance

visa then came across this site. I'm so happy that you are all real people with real experience and you

know alot about this. please help me.

I got traditionally enagaged with my fiance last summer back home. he returned back to france and I came back here in the US. he's been my first and only boyfriend, since I was 14 years old and I now 23 years old. I have beein in the USA and never went out with someone else. really miss him and I'm now ready to live with him and start an extra exceptional life together. he's also very exited about it.

i want to bring my fiance inthe USA, I've already filed the I129F form in may 14 as I just became a US citizen on may 7. so far, we have received our receipt letter from VSC.We are now waiting to receive something else from immigration. but in the mean time, what do we need to have?? what information should we be collecting for now? we've already sent along with the application, a proof of meeting each other, our intention letters, our G32s, if he ever gets an interview, what does he need to have on him? is he going to get that first or some thing else?

My biggest concern is that I don't think I make a lot a lot of money, but I have two people who can sponsor us. ( one of my teachers and a lady at me Church) does that work in this case?? do they allow you to have a sponsor? how much do they want you to have or be making, in order to bring some one over? I'm a student and I only make about 13000.00$$ a year. I have read from other sites that the process is very complex, so I'm now terrifed. I wonder if I should have gotten a lawyer.

please write, I'm begging you.

I really need your help.

Thank you

Your income level needs to be $18,212 at least to meet the requirement. Since you make $13000, you will need a sponsor - they will need to meet the level depending on the number of people they are responsible for (+your fiance)

It's not that complex, just read the guides and follow the instructions.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Congratulations on becoming a citizen. And contrary to your impression, we here at VJ are not all real people. :)

Sounds like you are coming along fine. The next step will be your fiance's interview and visa application, some months down the road. He needs to begin gathering all the documents he needs for that, check the embassy website. For a never married male, it is not so difficult. He will need his birth certificate, and police certificate from France to show he has no criminal record (background check). He can get that anytime, the consulate accepts police certificates within one year (no matter what the certificate itself says)

He will also submit a few forms which you can download from the consulate website.

You will need to make, minimum $18,212 to qulaify to sponsor him. If you do not make that much you can use a co-sponsor. A co-sponsor fills out the same support form you do. They need to be a US citizen or Permanent Resident.

Bonne Chance!
