I'm having problems sending PM's .. people send them to me.. but I cannot reply :(

is anyone else having this problem??

nooo PM box is not full.. and like I said.. I can receive PM's but when I try to reply to them or try to send one.. I do not see one Sent.. and people I send them to do not receive anything from me :(
