Did anybody return CSC RFE using certified email with return receipt?

I sent my RFE back to CSC using certified mail with return receipt. Since the address is a PO Box, will somebody from USCIS sign the receipt? Anybody has the experience?

Thanks a lot!

I used USPS Express and the progress can be tracked.

However, certified mail will yield a paper receipt for you. Takes a few days longer, but you can rest assured that it was received. Certified mail is a solid way to deliver and track mail within the U.S. Not a bad idea.

Next time, if you are in a hurry, send USPS priority or Express. You can track and confirm delivery. Down side, it costs a lot more. Only real difference is speed of delivery. Cheers.

I have never sent to the CSC, but to the NBC, which is also a PO BOX. I use USPS priority express, overnight service. It costs $14.40USD and it gets there the next day, and you can track it. When I am sending it to the PO BOX, I waive the signature.

So far I haven't had a problem.
