case pending

I have read about all of these people who have filed the same month as I and are approved which is really good. But is there anyone out there that has filed in Feb. and has not received an approval yet ? All they keep telling me and online screen just keeps saying is case recevied and pending. I filed with Vermont Center.

Sorry to tell you this, Vermont processing center is VERY slow. They are the worst of the processing centers, and my heart goes out to anyone stuck there. According to VJ time lines, they are processing petitions from December 2008.

i applied I-130 to vermont in march 12 and got approval on the may 13th

it only took two months to get that

some people cases can take longer

Vermont used to be fast until they changed things around two years ago.

You are still under the average time wait so be patient.

Thank you all for your responses. It just seems like it takes forever especially when people who filed after you have already receive there acceptance letter.
