Tracking for interview in August

Not having a good Wednesday! called NVC, and they told me that we lack some information, and checklist is not yet generated, so we have to wait for an email from them.....not sooooo good!!! everyday its getting crappier and crappier!!!

Well, there's nothing I can do. I just hope they could give me infos about it ASAP, so we could prepare for it? how long does it take for the beneficiary/petitioner to know what kind of RFE they are having? days???

I really don't know. I've not gotten one. I would assume just a couple of days.

You can actually ask NVC about the RFE checklist. But usually takes about a week or so..I know ours took less than a week for NVC to send the RFE checklist.. Good Luck and keep your head up high.. Everything will be alright..

I tried to login on NVC payment website its shows error message.

i hop my case is complete but AVR is stick with same old message.

I hope we all get interview in AUG.

My case was completed on 6/29 and I'm waiting to hear for an interview date at Delhi. I'm hoping for August so my wife can be with me before Ramadan. Good luck to the rest of my Indian brothers and sisters!!!

still no update, login fails since 7/1 but rep says case still under review. i won’t get rest still the case is complete...or i should say till my better half boards the plane
