finally, a case number was emailed to my email addy. that's after 3 weeks though. i didn't call them or anything. hehehe

Hi,

If you didn't call them, how did they know your email address? Did they send it to your USCIS e-add? does it mean that if we register our case on USCIS website, no need to call NVC to give our e-add? Please advise.

By the way, did you try to check in USCIS site if your case was touched after your NOA2?

Thanks a lot pogi!

Hey guys,

I just called NVC and they assigned case numbers to my partents files. I have both case numbers, I already provided my email to them. Then I asked oprater If she can give me Invoice ID number, she said no she dont have access and will send me via email in next 2 to 4 weeks.

I am going to call again to get IIN number... I am not sure if they will send me via email...

Good Luck everyone

Hello guys!!!! Hope you guys are having a great time!!!! I can see that they are now approving those July filers and happy for them and still breaking my heart cause it is taking so long for us to move forward.

For my VJers family especially K, Julie, Donna, IT and for all of those who understand how i feel right now, I want to thank you all for the support and courage you are giving me. I really appreciate everything guys! My husband will be in the Philippines next month and with my health condition (PCOS) Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome it is more tough to be away from him. In his visit, we are hoping that we will have our first baby and with my health condition, it will be difficult for me to conceive if I am experiencing of stress and depression. Ladies, this might be a bit dramatic but I decided not to check and visit Visa Journey until we had our NOA2 or maybe until I get pregnant.

As soon as you saw metro420's post, it might be pregnancy or approval or maybe both..

For those who are in NVC process, goodluck and hope you will have smooth journey. For those who will be approved soon, please accept my advance CONGRATULATIONS...

when they sent me the invoice for the aos, there's a pdf file attached to that email, and in that attached file says "invoice ID number", is that the IIN??? because i didn't ask for the IIN or anything but i like i said, on that invoice says invoice id number.

actually they sent me 2 emails. one is ds3032 and the other is aos invoice (although the aos invoice also has the ds3032 included).

ops sorry for being misleading. i didn't know that wife (beneficiary) called nvc. she told me that after three weeks of being approved she decided to call once to see whether they assigned us the case number. i think this was a few days ago. the operator told her "no" and then the operator asked for our email address then that's about it. after 2 days, (yesterday), there we got 2 emails. one for ds3032, another is AOS invoice (which has the IIN, i think).

it's emailed as pdf like this:

NVC Case Number: xxx##########

AOS Invoice for: LAST NAME, FIRST NAME (name of petitioner)

Invoice Date: September 17, 2009

Amount Due: $70.00

Invoice ID Number: ######## (i wonder if this is the IIN they are talking about???)
