hi everyone.. we didnt submit G-325 i just found out we need to submit it together with form I-129. do i need to wait for their advise or i can send G-325 now? thanks and god bless

Wait for the RFE, it will only get lost if you send it now. During the process, read the instructions carefully a mistake like this can easily add many weeks to your processing.

Wait for them to contact you with an RFE. If you check Igor's List under the Immigration Timeline section on this website, you'll see that RFE's usually add a little time to the processing (sometimes about three weeks, but other times up to a few months). It's not the end of the world, but be sure to have everything ready ahead of time so you can respond ASAP when the RFE does arrive. That'll speed up the RFE process for you.

The guides on this website really break it down into feasible steps. It's a daunting task you are undertaking, but the guides here are your insider information. Use it as much as you can!

Wow, you really really really really need to :guides: or how about just reading the instructions on the forms?

Not to be mean, but the G-325A forms are really important and the instructions to include them are CLEARLY listed on both the USCIS website (www.uscis.gov) and the VJ website (download forms, see above). Here is the link for the list of INSTRUCTIONS that come with the I-129F, which very clearly states that you have to include G-325A forms as well as other things, like normal passport like pictures of both you and your fiance(e). Did you include those things as well, or did you miss those too? http://www.uscis.gov/files/form/I-129Finstr.pdf

Seriously, I'm sorry, but if you want to be successful in this process then you need to do a LOT more research and be A LOT more careful.
