my girl as a domestic helper in hong knog from indonesia. I'm about to file for k-1. will it make any difference if i file with hong kong consulate or should i have her go back to indonesian and file through there? She likes hong kong. Also, is there any prejudice against domestic helpers at hong knong consulate?

She can interview in Hong Kong. You just have to state on the I-129F which consulate she intends to interview at. She's still going to need documents from Indonesia, like birth certificate, police certificate, etc. Hopefully, she can get those documents without being in Indonesia.

What exactly is "domestic helper"? Is that like housekeeper? Someone who cleans and/or cooks? Unless it involves something illegal or immoral, they don't really care what she does for a living, or even if she is working at all.

as long as she can get all her papers needed from her homeland i would say do it in hk. my lady is from the philippines and until Wednesday the 24th works in hk as a domestic helper as well. her interview went very smoothly there.

You should also check with the consulate in HK and see what the requirements are for filing there. Sometimes you have to be legal permanent residents to apply at a third consulate and sometimes not. I don't know what your fiancee's status is in Hong Kong (ie, if she is there legally or not), but check with the embassy for details just in case.
