Hello every one,

I filed the I-751 on july of 17th of 2008 to remove the condition on my green card, Transferred to CSC on feb 26th of 2009. Got the transfer notice and an online touch on march 1st 2009 , i belive when they got the transfer, and since then no update neither by mail or email.

called theme twice the first time they said that im still not outside the 6months frame time (from feb 26th) and the second time they said that iam outside the time frame and they filed me a service request!!! DOES THIS MAKE ANY SENSE??

Does any one knows if they actually respond to these service requests and how long it takes theme to do so?

is there people still waiting for the majesty of uscis decision from feb or early marchy transfers?

Please advice Gals!

hi i'm new to this forum and i'm in the same boat. my i-751 was transferred from VSC to CSC and received transfer notice via snail mail dated March 20th. no decision to date. i put in a service request on May 14th hence i cannot make an info pass appt until after 60 days if no decision is made. Yes please let us know what feedback you get from your local office. :help:
