I sent mine to the address that is listed at the bottom of the NOA.

If you look at the statement directly below the petitioner's address on the NOA it states:

Important: When you have complied with the instructions on this form, resubmitt this notice on top of all requested documents and/or information to the address below. This office has retained your petition/Application with supporting documents.

I hope this helps

By "envelope they sent me" do you mean the envelope that the RFE came in? Or do you mean that the RFE included a return envelope in which to send back your response?

oh gosh i messed up then. I called INS 2 times this morning with the exact question, was told 2 different answers. I sent mine off to Laguna at p.o. box 10130, as I was told either way it would get there, and 10130 is for the I-129F's. Good greif, i should have waited . Oh well, I sent it certified mail so I can track it online to see if they at least recieved it. I should know something by Friday??

I also forgot to mention on the outside of my envelope i wrote at the bottom left : Attention: response to request for evidence I 129F. I thought that way it would get where it needs to go in the event I had the wrong P.O. Box.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
