Dear VJ,

My fiancee and I are waiting for his Citizenship which has been filed last year and until this very moment we are still waiting to receive his Oath Letter. Its been 127 long days since his Interview. We are stuck and cant move on in filing the K1 for that matter. What are the best steps to do? We are worried about it. Thanks in Advance.

He can either wait or call the local office where he had his interview to find out what happened .

He can make an infopass appointment to find out, if calling doesn't work. Was he approved at the interview? Most get a paper saying approved. Good Luck

Can take the USCIS to court if you don't hear anything within 120 days of your interview. Also helps to get a commitment from your IO when to expect the oath letter, drilled my wife on that, her IO said within two weeks, let a month go by and called my senator, got an e-mail from St. Paul with her oath letter attached within two hours with an apology after making that call. She took her oath three days later, was over the weekend.
