I am so upset. I called NVC to see if our case has been forwarded too..and told it was pulled for AP. THE MOST frustrating part is not only will they not clarify what exactly this means, but there is NO time frame...meaning they can take as much time on it as they damn well please. Our K1 was going through just peachy...then this. I feel like my heart is breaking!

I cannot help but wonder what kind of hassle I would go through to immigrate to Holland. It HAS to be less than THIS B.S.

Does anyone know if calling an elected official can help with this? I am just beside myself with worry now. We were planning our wedding, now I don't want to even do that because who KNOWS when that will ever happen.

We been planning our wedding since 2007 ...lol everything is with there time from...Elected officials can inquire for you, but they cant speed up the process by any means. unless it was the President im sure . we are just waiting for uscis to nvc and back to consulate..

I was just informed that I'm in the same boat as you guys. I'm actually not that upset, after seeing this thread. You guys still got through pretty quickly, in my opinion. Except for you old time 50 dayers. :wacko: I'm glad times have changed.

I just hope that my case passes the additional processing as fast as you guys' cases did. Can I rub your heads for luck?
