You need to go over (and over) the Guides's Step by Step assembly instructions. Follow each step - gather each item(s) (complete them) and then do the next one - don't jump around, follow each one until complete and check each one off the list. :thumbs:

Very wrong time not to think straight, mistakes can be very costly.

You don't need the tax return forms at this stage, they are meant to be taken to the interview. You will definitely need to send the letter of intent from both of you. You need to definitely send picture which show the both of you together if they have dates on them, within the last 2 yrs. Phone bills and emails are for the interview stage and the G-325A is needed as well.

Just calm down and sort it out, so do it when you are not stressed or burnt out. All the best.

BOTH of you... Please read the guide carefully;

#5 says:

Original statements (from both the US Citizen and foreign fiance) certifying an intent to marry within 90 days of entering the US on a valid K-1.

Not sure how you meant the bit about the G-325a, but it is required at the initial filing. Sorry if I'm repeating what you meant, just wanted to clarify. You need to include all 4 pages (original, NOT photocopied) from both of you.

Photos are nice, but make sure you are also sending primary evidence of having met, such as passport stamps, hotel bills, ticket stubs, that sort of thing.

Regarding a binder, its a waste of money. It will cost you more and they will jsut take your petition out of it and file it in their own system. You aren't going to get denied because you didn't send in a hand made caligraphy scrapbook of your life :) As long as all the required documents are included and in a relatively sensible order (like what you list on your cover sheet) you will be fine.

You're not stupid, You just probably have never had to jump through bureaucratic process before (like most of us). Follow the guide for the K-1 package on this site, make sure you sign and date every thing, make sure you send all 4 G-325A forms. The guide on this site is pretty helpful. Just triple check everything make sure nothing is left for uscis to question. There is no limit to the supporting evidence that you may send. Visa stamps, boarding passes, photos w/ dates, persons, and locale are all good supporting evidence. Most of the people on this sight are very helpful and will give you their honest, sometimes brutal opinions, but yet this site is an indispensable resource. Good luck with your package, take your time putting it together, I know you want to send it as fast as possible but take a week or two and make sure you feel comfortable and confident you have all your ducks in a row so to speak. Good luck!
