Personal attacks are a violation of TOS - I have removed some very inappropriate posts from this thread along with some good posts, which, unfortunately, quoted the attacks. why cant the phillipina lady get divorce and adjust on her own. the brit and aussie males etc doing it all the time. its not boan fide if its a marriage to phillipina?? Some times toom ych ugly is hard to take. and a girl got to get away!!

august 2004 I-129 filed (neb)

DEC 2004 Approved

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.

I am amazed at how many of you are being total BITCHES to the OP, you do not know what the situation is with the OP or her reasons for wanting to remain in the USA.

TO ASSUME SHE IS JUST SCAMMING HER HUSBAND FOR A GREENCARD AND SHOULD RETURN TO HER HOME COUNTRY is WRONG....

Lets prey to god that you never find yourself in her shoes. This forum is a place where people can come for support and help with their immigration journey. sadly some marriages fail that does not mean that the immigrant spouse scammed the USC and it does not mean that they should return to their home country.

Now GET OFF THE ###### WAGON and either give support to the OP to look at the options available to her OR STFU and go post somewhere else.

I WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR ALL THE HONEST ANSWERS i recieved from my question.yes i know that some are so straight and judging me to the end but it wont hurt me none at all bcoz ur right TayRivers,they dont know whats my situations at all.

anyways, i appreciate it and yeah after i post this question 2 nights ago,i realized i will work for it and see how far i can go...sa bisaya pa,hinugtanay sa bakos.i am not abuse physically but emotionally and thats more hurt..but i have to straighten my patient and keep going..
