Hello, all!

I just wanna ask if it's gonna hurt our case if we don't appear for our INFOPASS appointment?

I didn't got any confirmation thru my email of the said appointment so, I can't cancel it online.

They said they'll be needing the confirmation # to cancel the appointment I made online which I have no idea about.

We scheduled an INFOPASS appointment for Friday (5/29/09) regarding the RFE that we got last week.

We just wanna get some clear answers on what they obviously need for us to send.

Though, my hubby realized that its definitely a waste of time since Philadelphia is 2 1/2 hours drive from where we live.

And besides, we already asked someone to look into our case.

If you really want to get the information you need, from the right source, 2 1/2 hours really doesn't seem that far. That said, if you don't have a confirmation number, it's hard to say for sure whether or not you have an appointment.

If you really want to get the information you need, from the right source, 2 1/2 hours really doesn't seem that far. That said, if you don't have a confirmation number, it's hard to say for sure whether or not you have an appointment.

Because we did talked to someone in the customer service and basically, they also can't give us some clear answers to our queries.

Since I didn't got any confirmation number on the said appointment, might as weel not show up for the appointment tomorrow.

Those people at the customer service number don't have any more info available to them than you do online. If you really want information on your case, infopass is the way to go.
