I am from Pakistan, my fiancée is from U.S she is also my first cousin.

She didn't apply for the k1 visa though, She is 7 months pregnant.

For her baby delivery I wants to be with her in U.S, I wants to apply for U.S visit visa, please advice me is will it work or not ?

Salam

I'm sorry to say but I can't see how you will make it for your babies birth. Your wife will have to file for a spouse visa. I was liveing in Pakistan with my husband , and my father became very ill , I tried to get him a visit visa so we could see my father. They deined us on the spot ! Also I will say I'm not sure you can get a spouse visia being the both of you are 1st cousins. My best advice is for your wife to speck to an attorney. He can best tell you.

My best to you and your wife

That was fast!

Got to love the fact my wife was preggy and even with a RFE @ NVC she was still here in under 5 months!

I may be wrong but, I don't think it is forbidden on the K-3 visa (depending on which of the OP posts you go by either wife or fiance) but I do believe it falls under more scrutiny from USCIS. It could be seen as just trying to get family over here and not an actual marriage.
