In the past the I-134 needed to be notarized. I believe that is no longer the case.

Nothing for the I129f needs to be notarized.

The I-134 is only needed for the interview. Check with the London embassy (when I went it had to be notarized) but now I believe they leave it up to choice.

"Persons in the U.S. who wish to furnish sponsorship of a fiancee or Kii visa applicant in the form of an affidavit of support should use form I-134 which is available from the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Sponsors may also elect to furnish a statement in the form of an affidavit sworn to before a notary public or other official competent to administer an oath, setting forth his or her willingness and financial ability to contribute to the applicant's support and reasons, in detail, for sponsoring the applicant. I believe no forms need to be notorized. However, affidavits from friends and relatives confirming your relationship should be. But its optional if you want to send that in.
