I noticed the G-325A File on this site is set to expire 05/31/09 ( May 31st 2009 )

is this going to give me issues if I file close to the 31st? My fiance isn't finished training for another two weeks and doesn't have time to file the papers or collect the things he needs till around the 23rd of May.

Is there an updated copy I can get a hold of somewhere? I checked the USCIS page but I can't seem to locate anything on there.

Actually the revision date is 07/14/06 (found bottom right corners shows: "Form G-325A (Rev. 07/14/06)Y" which is the same form listed on www.uscis.gov

USCIS site/instructions page (for each individual form) says:

"Edition Date : 7/14/06. Previous editions accepted."

The OMB date on the form is NOT the form's expiration date, it is a date that USCIS needs to complete a survey by, as required by Office of Management and Budget to satisfy the paperwork reduction act.
