2009 AOS / EAD / AP Timeline:

4/07 Mailed AOS Package

4/08 Package received

4/14 Cashed Check/

4/18 Biometrics I-485

4/29 Biometrics done

5/02 CSC Transferred

5/05 I-485 Touched (This case is now pending at the office to which it was transferred)(30 days)

5/12 I-485 Touched

5/15 EAD Card Production Ordered and AP Approval notice sent

on the new I-134 they have changed the language of one of the questions which is:

10. I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following person:

Should I write down the benefitionary of the K-1 visa?

Yes, your fiancees name and add "with this affidavit"

on the new I-134 they have changed the language of one of the questions which is:

10. I have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following person:

Should I write down the benefitionary of the K-1 visa?

Yes, your fiancees name and add "with this affidavit"

What about the * date submitted*? On question 10 also.

Is it the date we sent out the I129F ? Or the date the petitioner is filing the I134 form?

I would write the date they wrote on I-129F (Date that they received and filled in the computer)

My fiance wrote my name (beneficiary) and the date is my NOA1 (date received) :)

August 6, 2009 - AOS Sent together with EAD and AP
August 17, 2009 - Received NOAs of AOS, EAD and AP
Sept. 15, 2009 - Biometrics Appointment
Sept. 24, 2009 - Received E-mail approval notice for EAD and AP
October 2, 2009 - AP on hand
October 3, 2009 - EAD card on hand
November 12, 2009 - Interview Date / Approved
November 23, 2009 - Green Card Received

March 21, 2012 - Lifting Conditions

May 22, 2013 - Citizenship
