I believe you can go with the NOA2 but you will get more answers if you post over in the Philippines section.

You should also call the NVC to confirm that your case has been sent on to Manila. Just because you have the NVC letter does not mean it has been sent on - I was stuck for 50 days - Hope you won't be.

we already have a manila case # so u think they already forwarded our case to manila Us embassy?

Your case has probably been sent on - But having your case number does not mean it has been. Call (603) 334-0700 , press 1 and then 2 to speak to an attendant. They will ask for your case number and both names and dates of birth. They will tell you if your case has been forwarded. Hopefully they won't say your case is undergoing the dreaded "additional processing". If it is, it will mean a delay that has been around 40 to 50 days.

so we just call this number to ask if our case has been forwarded already?the number u give us is this manila embassy?

The number I gave is for the National Visa Center in New Hampshire. Your USCIS service center sent your case there. Yes, you can call right now and should get through quickly (might be on hold for a few minutes). After giving them your case number, etc, just ask if your case has been sent on to the foreign consulate yet.

Matt is right. He's been through the drill, and knows the pain of being stuck AP@NVC. As do I.

Chances are your case is on its way to Manila if not already there. But do yourself a favor and call NVC as Matt suggests.

here in canada they tell you that you have to bring the letter stating that you have made it to that step

In Manila,you dont need to have the appointment letter as long as you can provide them the nvc letter and you know your case number,you're good to go

when i had my medical,i met somebody who was allowed to have her medical even without her appointment letter,i also knew members here who had their medicals without letter from the embassy.you'll be fine.

thank u so much sis it help me alot..im just worried if i go to manila then they dont allowe me to go inside st luke coz it be big waste of money if i cant get medical wen time i go to manila..so nvc that my fiance got from mail with a case number its fine right?coz we try to call manila embassy to get sched for interview so i can have medical they said we cant get sched yet coz they dont have info about our case yet..thanks for the rly again i appreciate..
