my wife has her immunization record from when she came through immigration in Detroit. We are wanting to submit the paperwork for adjustment of status. I heard many things... Does she need to still see an authorozed surgeon to get her immuniztions transcribed first before submitting paperwork for adjustment of status?

Thanks!

Yep She has to take or send the DS 3025 to a USCIS designated civilsurgeon and have everything transfered to a I-693 and you guys submit it with the application to adjust status.

Most DCS will try and hit you up to do a complete medical which isn't necessary if she had the St. Lukes medical within 1 year.

Try Dr Arnold in Texas

He does the trip by mail, fax and phone for $30.

LOTS here have used him.

You may get away with just sending the DS-3025, but people (incl my stepdaughters) have been getting RFE's.

If you don't mind a 1-2 week delay, send what you have and hope you don't get RFE'd. If you do, then go and get the transcription done.

Thank you all. I called Dr Arnold's office today, and the person I spoke with gave me all the info.
