Hi guys, i have a dillema here..

I filed my Removal of Conditions way back May 2008 to TSC and then it got transferred to VSC.

I got my extension letter which will expire in Aug of 2009 after I filed.

Then my first biometrics was 3 weeks after that.

I got my 2nd biometrics 2 weeks after I had my first bio. Per the notice that I received my USCIS, the FBI were unable to process my fingerprints so I need to show up again,.. which I did.

From August of 2008 to April 10, 2009, I ws just waiting and waiting to hear something from USCIS.

Then around 12th of April, stating I need to show up for bio appt.. ( for the 3rd time) same reason this time.. due to FBI cant read it.

I went to that one. I was scheduled to go Apr 23, 2009.

I received another letter yesterday in the mail.. and guess what? Its another bio appt letter scheduled next Wed!

Guys, this is so ridiculous.. what do you think? Do I need to contact my congressman to get this issue resolved?

I am kinda worried.. my greencard will expire in 3 months and I kept on getting this stupid bio appt coz they cant read my fingerprints..

Please advise. Its greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Did they send you to the same ASC over and over again? Have you think about telling USCIS is the ASC's problem and perhaps to switch ASC? If another ASC is not that far away, it may be a solution. Do you remember if it's the same machine or person? I also think that if the advanced machine captured something FBI can't read, perhaps you can make an infopass and you can have a traditional ink and paper fingerprint card done there. I understand your frustration, but there's got to be a solution for this problem. Hope this website helps!

Thanks for all the suggestions guys!

My bio appt is scheduled for next Wednesday. I will go there for the last time , I hope?!:)

Then probably have an INFOPASS appointment if they messed up again..?

I called USCIS earlier and they said, that I always need to appear for my bio appt because if not, my case will be abandoned.

Wish me luck guys..

More power to VJ!

This time, take care of your hands; use some hand lotion several times a day and don't work without gloves. We live in Colorado and it's so dry that the hands start chaffing unless you use lotion all the time (even in summer). Good Luck

Good Luck loukirk,

Hope this endless biometric vicious cycle ends for you in a good manner i.e approval of your case.

If you filed your case in May '08 and got transferred from TSC > VSC your case should have been transferred to CSC and you should have approved by now.

If you don't hear anything from USCIS at the end of this month. Contact your senator/congressman., since your case will be out of the processing time. Talk to their immigration expert to inquire about your case.

My son recieved 3 biometric appointments. When we went for the second one, we were told that there was nothing wrong with the first set and they didn't do them again. A week later, we got a third notice for him to go to biometrics again!!!

It was pretty freaky, and I was afraid that they might deny him, so I contacted our Senator and a couple of days later his AOS application was approved. :)
