AOS 325a name on form

I was wondering 2 things about filing for AOS after my fiancé arriving here on her K1 visa. The first is whether or not should we use her married name when filling out the AOS paper work or should we use ser previous name before marrying?

Another is whether or not I need to send a325a form for her and another form myself.

To adjust status from K-1 you (the US citizen) does not need the G-325a. If you want the green card in her married name, then apply for it in the married name and use that name on the G-325a and list her previous name in "other names used"
