I don't think there will be a problem with this. If there is a problem you will receive an RFE requesting that information.

You could also since you have received you NOA1 submit a new G325A to the USCIS with the updated information. Just be sure include your receipt number and a letter explaining why you are resending the document.

Thanks for the response..I should have spent more time on this site prior to submitting the I129F. I just found another mistake and, that is - I also submitted Western Union money transfers I sent to her..It was intended to show that I maintain an apartment in Peru since it is cheaper than spending money on a Hotel every month, according to some of these posts it may appear as though I am sending her money and that may draw a red flag..There was NO WAY i could stay in the aprtment she had when we first met 2 years ago

I can imagine that her sending you money would throw up a red flag that she in some way is buying this visa. You maintaining a dwelling in Peru however is likely not a cause for concern but thats just my opinion.

Best of luck to you =D

Thanks again for your response..Maybe I misread some posts..I (the USC) am sending her money (She is in Peru) so, maybe your correct..I could see a red flag if the Benficiary (Her) was sending the Petitioner (me the USC) money..But that's not the case..

Thanks again, I think I can relax now,...

Anything sent at this point without RFE will be lost or thrown in the trash, nobody is going to go and dig up your file just to add one paper... i doubt you will get an RFE at this point. but from now, on any forms that requires her dad's info, just make sure to write the correct info...

either or sending money is a red flag because either or could benefit from this process. USC sends Benficiary money, could be mis-understood as buying a wife. Beneficiary sending money to USC could be mis-understood as buying a green card...

Thanks dude..I am taking your approach and sit back and wait for an RFE..As long as I know they wont have me rejected for these reasons..

Graci

people rarely get denied or rejected during initial filing, USCIS will give you chances to to fix the problem.. this is the reason for RFE's...

No. It happens. That is why for parent information it says "If known" Deceased is the correct answer also. If it concerns you, you or she can tell them at the interview and make a correction. DO NOT try sending an updated G-325a.
