Hi guys.

Hope everything is going well. I need an answer to my question: I came here on a K-1 Visa and got married before the 90 days. However, my wife does not wish to continue with the process and my marriage will soon be annulled, yet my K-1 is now expired. Does anybody know if I will require any documentation from the USCIS to leave the country?

Kind regards,

P.

A few points,

Make sure you turn in your expired I-94 when leaving.

DO NOT stay for longer than 180 days past the I-94 Expiration, this WILL result in a ban on re-entry to the USA of 3 or more years.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
