I h've had my medical results back, but wanted to know if the term non-reative is the same as negative?

If you mean "non-reactive" then yes, that means negative. :yes:

Yes. Non-reactive for VDRL means there are not enough antibodies to produce a reaction with the test kit. You can say it means a negative result.
