Hi All. Paranoia is getting the best of me. USCIS received our AOS petition (plus EAD and AD applications) last Monday, April 27. The check still hasn't been cashed, which obviously means we haven't received an NOA1 either. When is it time to worry? Is there some way to check on this? Thanks.

Ours were cashed about a week after they received our package. Don't worry yet. :)

Hello! our check was cashed just 4 days after the USCIS received our petition. My husband did was he check his bank account if the check we paid was cashed out. We just waited 3 days again and we received our NOA1 ...

Good luck! you can have it soon. Have a great day!

Takes between 4 days to 3 weeks. Don't worry. My I-130 was cashed in the second week. The I-485 package took less than a week. Your's will be cashed. Dont worry. Give it another week. Unless there is a problem with your application, then the package will return to you for re-submission.
