Hi guys,

I think I know this one but I wanna make sure.

My NOA2 expires at the beginning of May, and my interview is scheduled mid-end of May.

There shouldn't be a problem, right?!

Do I have to warn USCIS that my interview is AFTER the expiring date of the NOA2?

Thanks a lot!

Take care!

I would shoot the consulate an email just to make sure it is their routine practice :)

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

Well I got an answer back from the embassy, and they said that they don't do it automatically...!

So to extend it, my fiance has to write a letter that states that he still wants me to go through with the visa application!

I don't know if it is the case for all embassies, but it is for Belgium!

Take care!
