Where do we mail I-864

Per enclosed envelope which I received from NVC mail to:

Attn: CMR

NATIONAL VISA CENTER

31 Rochester Ave STE 100

Portsmouth NH 03801-2914

per Document Cover Sheet w/ barcode

National Visa Center

Attn: CMR AOS

32 Rochester Avenue

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2909

I called NVC and they said to mail per enclosed envelope, which is the first address I listed above.

Where do you guys mail it, why is it different?

BOTH are correct

its just NVC changed its address recently to the first one

so just send it using the first address (31 Rochester)

I just sent my Affidavit of Support package via Fedex. The address I sent to was:

National Visa Center

Attn: CMR AOS

31 Rochester Avenue, Suite 100

Portsmouth, NH 03801

Basically the address is correct according to the NVC - but I did not attach the "2914" to the end of the zip code.

The street address is correct - but I am not sure whether this omission of the last 4 digits of the zip code will result in difficulty of my package reaching the NVC !!!

ZIP codes break down:

The first three numbers indicate a "sectional center" or large city, the second two indicate the specific post office facility, the third two indicate a sector or several blocks, and the last two indicate a segment or side of a street.

The last four numbers aren't mandatory, but they can help expedite delivery.
