Absolutely wait for the notice in the mail, then make the infopass (if needed) the notice in the mail may be a little clearer on what is going on and will probably give you further instructions than what you read in your email.

are you sure your husband didn't withdraw his support? have you and your husband been having problem lately? he's in military maybe he met someone new and try to get rid of you without even telling you, i've seen something like this before. talk to your husband first before you contact USCIS, ok?

I'd get an infopass appointment like yesterday, bring all the paperwork, and ask them what is going on. That doesn't cost anything. If I didn't get a crystal clear resolution at that time, I'd find a good immigration lawyer.

Your relationship is good between you and your hubby? perhaps a conversation needs to happen between. And also, if you are able to get an infopass before he's deployed, bring him with you. I would also bring along a letter saying that he's not withdrawing nor never has... If it was a mistake, should be somewhat easy to fix. Try to do all of this before he departs.

I would suggest getting a letter from your husband stating he did not withdraw support. Also, have your husband check with his Military lawyer to see what they suggest. Take a copy of everything submitted for the AOS process, including the RFE information, to an infopass app.

I'd say your husband needs to deal directly with USCIS in whatever way he can, and do it before he's deployed. Yes, make an infopass appointment and ask for what evidence they have that he withdrew his support. Maybe they will find a mistake in their records. Good luck!!
