Hi guys

My mom is helping me co sponsor my fiance, and on question 8, it asks about depndents, she is married so iknow i have to write down my father, but is he wholly or partially, i mean, he works also, im so confused

Known each other since we were kids ! =]

08/24/08-Engaged

01/10/2009- Sent

01/12/2009-NOA1

03/17/09- NOA2

03/25/09- NVC recieved

3/26/09- Forwarded to New Delhi Embassy

4/6/09- Packet 3 sent

You don't put anything on YOUR I-134 for dependents, your mother will have to do her own I-134 in addition to yours and supporting documents just as you do.

If your father is working, you will write partially dependent in your mother's I-129F. I filled my case in India so let me know if you need some help.

If one parent's income is sufficient then you only need to list that parent. Because they file their return together you may want to provide copies of the full tax return (not just their transcripts) so it shows your mother's income seperate from your father's.
