It is like that at many consulates, where they will not let the USC in for the interview.

It is like that at many consulates, where they will not let the USC in for the interview.

It was okay.. I understand not letting me into the interview or even the consular section but I thought they would let me go in and sit outside in the general waiting area they have.. Not allowing me into the embassy at all was really discouraging to both me and my wife; maybe more to her because she is 9 months pregnant and carrying everything was difficult. BUT, we got it and I am happy regardless. I was just really hot!

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

yes i see many people say same thing ,we told them WE had appt..they let me right through but yes i was

to wait outside in chairs.we had 3 old with us..I did not know i could not walk in.

but anyway congrads for you two. We found child's father and after i agree to pay his

plane ticket to bbk he said he would sign off on the daughter. we are jumping for joy now!!!
