Thank you immi 007. I submitted the requested documents yesterday and am not waiting for their decision. Hopefully, a decision should be reached within the next week. Do you get approval/denail letters from the local offices or do they come from some different location?

hi saspak,

The IO gave me a letter at the Interview.I think thats AOS approval.

The I-130 approval letter i got it from NBC, Lee's Summit MO.

Most of the approval, welcome notice and GC got it from NBC.

Never got anything from Local office except went for biometrics and attended the Interview.

I hope everything goes well with ur case.

Good luck.

Thank You furiousng & immi_007,

I called USCIS today, but as expected, they gave me the answer, "Showing case pending" and the 154 day processing window BS*. Sigh!
