Yeaaaaaaaaah! My timeline is back .......................although I am not sure if it is accurate or not. VJ says CSC is processing April 29th petitions. A lot of approvals get posted on Fridays from what I hear.

If CSC has start their normal processing rate (which they seem to have..) .. april fillers should consistently get approvals after a week.. keeping my fingers crossed!!

Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh help! My timeline went crazy again. It now says adjudicated between Oct 2009 - Oct 2010. Where are our approvals? We should be next.

Ok thank you was very curious on if it is not decided , how long that decision takes and what the process is of that.

Your petition goes thru channels, one is to check that your petition is complete, another is back ground checks, and etc.

Usually with 30 days after your petition reaches a officer, you will have a decision. Like I said, just give it 2 more weeks, then check back.Its already a good sign for you!!

No he wasn't rude at all, I asked the officer to check if it was on the shelf and he told me that it was still sitting on the shelf and he couldn't tell me when someone would work on it except for the maybe july or wait the full 5 months since you sent the application in.

I am sure you will cause you are right in front of us. I was just curious as how long they take for their decisions though cause our first touch was from 06/18/09
