When at NVC, os there a link somewhere on VJ to show the passport picture sizes ?

The passport type photos have to be 2"*2" in size , non glossy ( which mean not sticky to the touch ). You must stand against a white background , looking right at the camera , and no shadow behind you ( you will have to have the same amount of lite on you as the camera ). With your whole head in the picture , with alittle bit of space showned in the background around your ears and top of the head . You can go to profeshional photographer , to have your photos done .

Non Glossy? I don't see that listed anywhere.

I don't know where you are from in Canada but in Calgary you could get U.S. photos done at Black's, Walmart and Japan Camera.
