I129F K1 file from USCIS to NVC not received...

FORTUNATELY they received the case june 22 and sent it out today to the listed embassy.. don't lose hope, I think it does take 20 days now with all the new procedures

It's been almost 4 weeks since we received our I-129F NOA2 dated May 30, 2009 (actually received the notice on June 6). I called the # for NVC tonight to see if they had received our case yet, and our case # is not on their records. From reading this topic it seems I have a little longer to wait before I freak out, but yeah...starting to get anxious regardless. Here I was thinking that the consulate would have the petition by now! Oh well.

Just wanted to share and wish everyone else who is still waiting good luck!

You need to speak to an operator to know if your case has reached NVC, the IVR keeps no record of K1 visas.

our noa2 was dated june 12 and still no records at nvc....ours is a reaffirmation, so i dont know if it goes to nvc since it already has a case number. its seems vsc has slowed a lot...our last one only took like only a few days...

Our case was approved july 1st and its been more than 2 weeks... i am starting to worry and getting frustrated.. i am afraid they have lost our case.. my fiance is deploying soon.. we have already written to the congressman.. just waiting for the reply...

i hope we dont need to wait for 1 more month... this is killing me... (

Glemarc and other on this thread.. thanks for posting sharing.. ok we are in same boat.. time wise.. I have also received my NOA2 in e -mail on 3/5/09 and Hard copy in mail 3/12/09.. so what I think...procedure must have changed at NVC......they are working on our file..once their paper work done..they will send our file to our Finacee country same time they will notify us by mail.. in past K1 file to get from USCIS to NVC tookunder week why longer now..?

I have waited the four weeks and called the nvc.The nvc had me email them a copy of my n.o.a 2. I have still not hear from the nvc. I called uscis and they say its been sent to the nvc. Is there anything elsa i can do or do i just wait the 90 days too? Anyone elsa still in the same boat as I'm!

so far everyone from June 20 on for CSC is in the same boat. I am worried because I am going on 10 business days now. But no one has posted updates since 7-18 for NVC, and no updates for any NOA2 timelines since 6-20 for CSC. The list is a 100 plus and growing. CSC approved 3,600 k-1 applications in May. I would understand if things were broke, but VSC and TSC are still posting and moving forward.
