I got an eamil "approval notice sent" on March 19th.

My case hasn't touched online yet since then.

Is that mean my case hasn't moved to NVC?

My hubby hasn't got NOA2 hard copy, either.

I know it may be too early to ask this kind of question

but I want to know what's happening.

Do u have "touched" after approval on the USCIS online status?

Hi our case is the same way like yours, our case hasn't touched online but it was approved last March 12, it took a couple of days before fiance got the NOA2 hard copy, and it was just yesterday when he got a letter from NVC that the case is being forwarded to its assigned consulate.

Goodluck on our visa journey!!

My hubby actually called NVC this morning. They haven't recieved it yet.

I understand that coz it's been only 6 days after approval.

I'm just scared if they don't touch my case anymore and forget about it after the approval.

well, I'm waiting for a few more days.

The I-130 approval we got for my wife in AUG 2008 did have a touch after it was approved and I assume that was for the file being forwarded to NVC (which only took 7 days for NVC to receive and issue case #)...

I filed another I-130 for my stepson 2-13-09(never received NOA1) but I received the NOA2 approval dated 3-13-09 (28 days after filing ??!!), but on the USCIS web site it still says my case is received and pending and after calling NVC yesterday and speaking to an operator I was told they didnt have my case yet...she also gave me the "generic" response of "it can take up to 90 days for them to receive it from USCIS".....
