i know i might sound stupid and ignorant... but when one pay the bills and have to print that cover sheet that shows as paid...one just logs in and finds it there? ready to be printed? i still didnt do any of that since wheni talked to the operator she told me its still early and i will receive email from them when to do next step....thanks for your help and good luck Champi... you re nearly done!!!

When your payment status changes to PAID, you'll get an option ( buttons on the page) which you can click to either print or email. Here are the options I see when I look at AOS bill as PAID:

Print Receipt

Email Receipt

Print Document Cover Sheet

Email Document Cover Sheet

Champi - You can send your AOS and IV Packages together or separately. There really is no difference, just however you want to do it and the postage involved. If you send the packages separately, and there is a timing difference between the two, you probably will get a FALSE RFE asking for one of the documents, which you can ignore. If you look at my About Me page, you will see that I sent the AOS and IV Packages separately, and had no problems.

Interesting..... Let's see if my IV bill is generated by Friday. If not, I'll mail out AOS. If it is generated, then I'll send both together. They received my DS-3032 yesterday so that gives them 4 days to accept and then generate IV bill.

I sent both at the same time. less than 1 week my NVC is completed. IMO, I think it's better to sent both of them at the same time. In my case, I have 2 envelops inside 1 big envelop (mailing envelop). First envelop ATTN: to CMR with address, and other envelop ATTN: CMR AOS with address. Everything is okay, I hope this help.

NO, NVC address is the same for both, only different are ATTN: CMR, and ATTN: CMR AOS.

Agreed Sounds like a great idea.

We sent ours together in the same envelope and were completed within 4 days.

One last thing, I printed out my AOS and IV Packages BILL to put inside the RIGHT envelop 1 or 2, and aslo for outside each envelop 1 and 2, I put my name &, my wife name and CASE NUMBER. Sound like lot of works, but it's very organize and clean.

Check the zip codes on the cover sheets you printed!

I just checked my AOS and IV coversheets. The zip code is exactly the same. The only difference is the Attn.

IV say Attn CMR

AOS say Attn CMR AOS

As for Champi's question, I mailed mine together in the same envelope last week. I put each application in separate see through folders with separate binder clips, and each folder had a large sticker on it with the application name, case number, with the coversheet for each app showing through the folder. I could have mailed the AOS earlier, but decided to wait and send together, mainly because I'm one of those paranoid person who would freak out about a false RFE.

But I guess a false RFE is what it is.. false. If you don't mind it, I think better to send AOS asap and then IV asap and not wait. That way if by chance you get a RFE, you're not gona be upset that you waited when you could have taken care of the RFE sooner.

Still waiting for my results, so can't say yet if it was good or bad idea for my case to send together. Good luck!
