Hi everyone,

We were filling out the DS 156 and 157 and just had a quick question. There is a question that asks about visits to other countries and the years. Well in Morocco, there are two cities which are spanish cities however located within Morocco, he does not have a visa to travel to Spain, however since he lives in a nearby city he is able to travel to Ceuta (the spanish city) with only his passport.

Again, he does not have a visa to Spain but does travel to Ceuta quite a bit. Does he need to list the years he's travelled to Ceuta as travel to another country?
