update on my parents' cases.

i just got 2 RFE letters from uscis, one for each of my parents. Both need my original notarial birth certificate. I submited the copy. i will get everything ready, and mail it tomorrow.

one question, do i just mail the request doc. with the copy of the letter uscis sent to me? do i just send it to CSC p.o. box 10590 laguna niguel, ca 92607.

No, pay the bill. Wait for it to clear. Print out the barcoded cover sheet. And send in your DS230 package. No need to wait for NVC to send you any thing.

update for my case...I got the AOS and the DS3032 email today...I paid AOS bill online and sent the DS3032 today..I used my email add...right now..mom's email or the connection in the Philippines is not working so I went ahead send the email..I hope NVC will accept it..I am telling mom to send again ASAP through email and mail..

Hi,

Please help.

I send the DS-3032 via mail and email. I assume that they already receive the mail I sent. Before when I was trying to log in the online payment of IV Bill, it says that Immigrant Visa is NOT INVOICE yet. But now it says NOT PAID and the $400 is already visible. Is it ok to pay this IV Bill eventhough I have not received any mail or email that the DS-3032 has already been accepted?

Just wanted to update you guys on my parents' cases. The cases reached NVC on 09/30/09 and I received the AOS bills and DS3032 forms in the mail on 10/05/09. I will pay the AOS bill for my mother soon and from what I hear on the posts, my dad's will automatically update.

Received emails(2emails for agent form and 2 emails for AOS fee) yesterday evening from NVC about the DS-3032 and AOS Fee. I paid the fees last night and sent DS-3032 today for both parents. Also received Auto Response for DS-3032 sent from NVC right away.

Do you guys suggest me to MAIL DS-3032?

Dear ALL who sent 3032 and are waiting for IV BILL!!!

Do not pay IV bill untill you receive and e-mail with subject (OLP IV FEE AGENT LETTER)

2 people - myself and VizaNutz - made the mistake and had to fix it (read this thread back 2-4 pages), which may have caused 1-2 day delay.

Feliz, I am trying to print barcode to paste on the singed ds-3032 received from my parents as per instructions on the VJ WIKI but the barcode is bigger in length compared to what i received from the ds-3032 form from NVC. Do you think that will be a problem?

Feliz, I am trying to print barcode to paste on the singed ds-3032 received from my parents as per instructions on the VJ WIKI but the barcode is bigger in length compared to what i received from the ds-3032 form from NVC. Do you think that will be a problem?

Received emails(2emails for agent form and 2 emails for AOS fee) yesterday evening from NVC about the DS-3032 and AOS Fee. I paid the fees last night and sent DS-3032 today for both parents. Also received Auto Response for DS-3032 sent from NVC right away.

yes, definitely MAILING PAPER 3032 FORM is THE FASTEST WAY- about 1 week. email takes 2- 2.5 weeks. you can send both if you want, or mail paper even after already sending email. Good Luck everybody!

I haven't dealt with the "generated" barcode, but I would assume if the PROPORTIONS between BARS and SPACES are the same (and generally they look like a twins of different size) it will work at any size. May be anybody else who had similar situation?

09/14/09 - NVC case # assigned, emails registered

09/17/09 - email AOS bill received and paid online, ds3032 received and returned

09/21/09 - AOS bill status "PAID", FedExed out AOS, 09/24/09 delivered to NVC

09/28/09 - AVR:AOS acknowledged

10/02/09 - 3032 was acknol. by NVC, paid IV Bill online

10/05/09 - emails: 1 pm -RFE for 3032, 3 pm - IV bill, 5 pm - status PAID

10/09/09 - ds230 delivered to NVC at 9am

10/14/09 - AVR: Checklist response was received

10/20/09 - login failed! - between 5 pm and 9 pm PST, at 5 pm it was still working

10/21/09 - case complete! (AVR updated after 10 pm) = total NVC 37 days

10/28/09 - interview date email came at 6.30 pm, no AVR changes yet

10/30/09 - AVR: "Case sent to embassy on Oct 29" = total 4 months from delivery of i130 to USCIS

11/02/09 - Medical

11/20/09 - Interview - PASSED!!!

11/28 - POE: LAX

In the e-mail regarding the choice of agent there is a DS-3032 form with the barcode. You should not go to WIKI in order to generate one more barcode. You have already got one. It should fit perfectly. Just print out the form, cut the barcode and paste it where it should become. It worked for me.

Please help.

I send the DS-3032 via mail and email. I assume that they already receive the mail I sent. Before when I was trying to log in the online payment of IV Bill, it says that Immigrant Visa is NOT INVOICE yet. But now it says NOT PAID and the $400 is already visible. Is it ok to pay this IV Bill eventhough I have not received any mail or email that the DS-3032 has already been accepted?

Do not pay IV bill untill you receive and e-mail with subject (OLP IV FEE AGENT LETTER)

2 people - myself and VizaNutz - made the mistake and had to fix it (read this thread back 2-4 pages), which may have caused 1-2 day delay.

Thank you so much for the advise Feliz. Finally got the IV Bill, and I were able to pay it now. :D
