Hi All,

I have applied for K3 visa last month (Feb-17), I heard K3 is much faster than CR1 that is why I went for K3 but now when I checked the timelines I found that Cr1 is faster now I want to know Can I go for Cr1 after my I30 is approved rather than waiting for I29F's approval.

Does anybody know why VSC is very slower than CSC, why this discrimination occurred in a country know for unity (United States). CSC petitions are getting approved 130(almost) days before than VSC petitions. Also I heard some petitions are moved from VSC to CS is it true?........I know my timeline is just started.........still longs way to travel..

Best of luck to all waiting to see their loved ones.................. :)(L)

Actually from what I've seen the K3 is normally still a bit faster. Maybe a month. No problem going with the I-130 as they are separate visas.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

I live in Kentucky and I filed on February 19th. My applications should have gone to the VSC but it went directly to the CSC instead. It's the government and they do things as they see fit. LOL
