:time:http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/profile.php?id=59506 How long ago was the I-751 filed?

If a few months ago then don't bother, you have a letter extending your status by 1 year, if it has been a year since you filed the I-751 simply schedule an info-pass appointment and get an I-551 stamp further extending evidence of LPR status.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Who can help me better, Senator or Congressman about I-751 application?

Depends on the state and the senator or congressman. I used one of my senators as he has a immigration specialist on his staff who is HOT. My congressman was WORTHLESS.

In every state, the Senator is entitled to a much larger staff than a member of the House of Representative. Whenever possible, it is best to contact the senior Senator from your state. Contacting more than one politician at a time (e.g., your Senator and your Member of Congress) is usually not a good idea. This is because staff in both offices end up with the same "contact person" with USCIS and they will have a good laugh at your expense. Don't expect any politician to try to get something approved ahead of schedule, as that can't be done.

DITTO!

I used my senior senator [inouye from Hawaii]. His specialist help me getting my adopted daughters passport plus she recently "squared away" our I-751 and got it moving again. I'd written numerous letters to USCIS trying to get them to resume the process because they wanted me to pay for biometrics for my US citizen daughter who didn't need to remove conditions. Senators specialist fixed it with one phone call to her inside person [that's what she said anyway]. Got the GC shortly after.

He''ll get my vote! Plus the votes of 3 friends they helped with AOS who had problems.
